laxatives are really terrible for you if abused for a long period of time. you should do some research before you buy some. i try not to use them as much as possible unless completely necessary or if i’m on a cleanse of some sort where i’m watching my nutrient intake so as to prevent internal damage. from what i’ve read senna tablets are some of the safest (someone please correct me if i’m wrong) and you can buy them at any drug store without a prescription. plus they say senna tablets on them rather than laxatives. please be safe! laxatives should not be used lightly.
